Post refers to a very valuable patch but the patch is no longer available for download ... however I need the patch.

The following post is describing exactly what I need as we are supporting the replacement of a very old Oracle EBS install:
https://forums.oracle.com/ords/apexds/post/patching-10g-developer-suite-from-10-1-2-0-2-to-10-1-2-3-0-5502
Essentially, we have a version of Oracle Reports Builder that crashes when opening .rdf files which are valid.
We need to be able to see what queries etc… make up these reports so we can replace them.

Two questions:
1. Considering that storage is so incredibly inexpensive compared to 15 to 20 years ago, why not just make sure all old patches are able to be downloaded??

2. The post is locked, so I no one can even say there's a problem. Please consider at least adding a note regarding an approach to getting access to the patch (which I believe is to contact Oracle Support and ask for it).

Thanks!
