patching 10g Developer Suite from 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.2.3.0

Am having to do this so we can maintain some old 10g Forms - on a 32 bit Windows machine.

Part of the instructions state

(4) Install OPatch in the Developer Suite ORACLE_HOME.

This is Patch 6880880 and is called Opatch 9i,10.1(Patch), Release 10.1.0.0.0 for MS Windows 32 bit. This will be needed for subsequent patching.

However this Patch for release 10.1.0.0.0 doesn't seem to exist anymore only version for releases 11 and 12.

Can anyone help?
