Oracle SOA 12c - ERP Cloud Adapter does not show Import Journals Job

Hello,

I am using JDeveloper 12.2.1.3 and configuring Oracle ERP cloud adapter. The catalog wsdl I used is as follows:

https://<host>/fndAppCoreServices/ServiceCatalogService?WSDL

In the operations tab of the wizard, I cannot find the Import Journals job when I browse by Business Object. I am pretty sure the ERP cloud user has the privileges to run this job because I can see it from Scheduled Process screen in ERP cloud.

I also have an ICS instance, where I can see the Import Journals job when using the ERP Cloud adapter - same ERP cloud instance and user.

I have uploaded screenshots of the configuration in SOA and ICS. Please check and provide any pointers.
