WWV_FLOW_FILE_OBJECTS$ space consumption

Hi Team,

We are using 24.2 oracle Apex on top of oracle DB 19.28.

We have observed WWV_FLOW_FILE_OBJECTS$ consuming 9GB of space. Is it possible to reclaim the space from this table. Does it contain any permanent data. Can you please guide us. Screenshot below for your reference.
