Workspace very slow for only one user

We have an HFM user which experiences extreme latency when accessing and using Workspace after his laptop was re-imaged. All other users in the same building do not experience this.

1)     It is slow on Firefox and IE.

2)     The user is connected to LAN.

3)     No latency on other internal or external websites.

4)     Cleared browser history and cookies

5)     Turned off compatibility view settings, turned-off pop-up blockers, checked ActiveX Controls

What could the problem be?
