Win32 javax.comm

I am having trouble finding the win32 version of javax.comm. I've searched up and down the site and all I can ever find are the Solaris and Linux Versions. They come with the same files, except they don't have the win32com.dll file that I need to copy into the directories.

The latest version I tried to download even came with instructions on how to install it on win32, but it didn't have the proper files to do so.

Does anyone know the page where I can download the win32 javax.comm?
