Will upgrade oracle from non-CDB 12c to 19c impact developed KM, packages, procedures and scenarios?

We have an existing ODI 12.2.1.4 environment using 12c oracle, and now we want to upgrade the oracle to 19c, will the existing developed KM, packages, procedures and scenarios still capable in 19c? Is there any impact to them with CDB changes etc.? The original database is a non-CDB version.
