Why is JRockit Realtime not included in jrockit-jdk1.6.0_33-R28.2.4-4.1.0

I can't seem to find the new 4.0/4.1 version of JRockit RealTime in the JRockit Installation or anywhere separated from it. Anyone know where it is?
