which table to find the meaning of STATUS_CD

Our client is working on an analysis and would like to have the meaning of the STATUS_CD.
Today it uses the MOO_OPTY table, however it does not contain the meaning just the STATUS_CD. I also noticed that the ZSP_ODM_OPTY_V table also only brings the STATUS_CD.
Could you help us?
