When passing a list manager item only the first item shows up.

Apex 22.1.0

I have a list manager item that I am trying to pass to another page but the last item is not showing up. I'm passing it via link builder. I have reviewed all the settings of both items on both pages and they appear to be the same. If I have three in the list the first two show. What am I missing?
