What is the URL for Sample AviSports and FirstSiteII

Hi All,
I managed to install Webcenter site and it is up and running in my m/c. When i login using fwadmin i am seeing 3 application AdminSite, Avisport and FirstSiteII. My question is how can i run the sample AviSports and FirstSiteII site, so that i can see how it is running and all the assets.

I just don't know the URL, appreciate your help.
