Reading the restrictions of Oracle 18c XE there is in several places mentioned: "if you want to get rid of these restrictions, upgrade to Personal Edition, Standard Edtition or Enterprise Edition" ... but i can't find info about that "Personal Edition". Would be realy nice to have one table comparing the features and restrictions of these 4 editions :-).

P.S.: was very exited to seen the new 18c XE, but still waiting for a size-unrestricted free release like IBMs DB2 Express-C (restricted in CPUs, RAM, but not in DB-size and with optional support).
