Weird standard directory for DATA_PUMP_DIR

Tailor K.May 22 2025

Not a big deal, but why the OS directory on new PDBs for the standarda DATA_PUMP_DIR are in this strange form ?

/opt/oracle/admin/FREE/dpdump/2F10F2E1D6E03E6BE065020C292AD2F3

I think it should use the PDB name, like on standard database files:

/opt/oracle/oradata/FREE/FREEPDB1/users01.dbf

Sometime ago (didn´t take note on that, I thing on the firsts releases of XE 23c) it did that even on database files - the directory inside oradata used the same hexa naming, what was annoying … them it changed, but not all - there still some references…
