Urgent | Looking for solution for Cerner integration with my custom app

Problem:
Patients must register and log in to two separate apps (Cerner & our custom app)

No unified login or platform — leading to poor patient experience
Cerner data is not accessible from the custom app (diagnosis, lab results, medications)
Cerner does not provide APIs as:
- Not hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- FHIR services not enabled

Goal:

Create a unified mobile app experience where patients can:
Use a single login
View medical records (diagnosis, labs, medications) from Cerner in our custom app

What are possible ways we can choose and if there all any limitation then please let me know? I am looking for all options like enabling FHIR in onprem but the process?, CCL, etc.
