I'm ecstatic that UEKR7 is out. This is supposed to fix the POE-HAT fan issue. However, I am unable to successfully upgrade to UEKR7. I follow the instructions from this article:
https://blogs.oracle.com/post/uek-7-oracle-linux-8
During the "dnf upgrade -y" process I receive this error:

Any ideas on how to get around this?
