Unable to Login in my cloud account

The password of my cloud account was automatically reset without my knowledge and when I tried to reset the password by clicking on the "Forget Password" button, I never received any email (I even checked the spam also) to do so. Kindly help as I have been locked out of my account for a week but no help.
