Unable to install Java on Windows 7 Pro

Downloaded: jre-8u341-windows-i586-iftw, jre-8u341-windows-i586, jre-8u341-windows-i586
When I try to run any of these WIn 7 asks for the program to open! See attached.
As all other installers just run, any idea what the problem is?
