unable to delete empty compartment

Hi!

Since 20 Dec I tried 6 times to delete an empty compartment (managed via Pulumi).

The error states:
Delete failed. The compartment must be empty before you can delete it. Use the Tenancy Explorer to find resources. Learn more about deleting compartments.

But from the Tenancy Explorer there are no resources associated and even with the oci-cli (oci search resource structured-search --query-text "QUERY all resources where lifeCycleState != 'TERMINATED'") there are no resources in to that compartment.
