Unable to connect to SmartView through OBIEE

Hi,

We're trying to connect to SmartView through OBIEE. We have Hyperion Fusion Edition EPM 11.1.1.2.0.940 and OBIEE 10.1.3.4 installed. We ran the SmartView.exe file and have got the Hyperion Add-In in Excel. However when we click on "Connect to Provider Services" we get the error messsage: "Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(404)"

The APS URL entered ttp://<localhost IP>:13080/aps/SmartView

How can we connect to Provider Services and run SmartView through OBIEE?
