Trying to create a reports region, receiving constraint violation

Anyone seen this before?
I just created a new page. I'm not adding a report region.
When I attempt to save it, I receive the following error:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_030200.WWV_FLOW_WORKSHEET_COLUMNS_UK2) violated
Unable to create Dynamic Query page.
