Track Change History not working in Entity Object

Studio Edition Version 12.2.1.4.0

I have used Track Change History but when two users opened the screen and one user commits the transaction and another user trying to do transaction then system is inserting/updating the last user name instead of correct user/ respective user name. Can you please help here . Do we need to add anything if we use this flag /property
