The page to download Java & Netbeans comes up with not found

I've been using version JDK 8u111. and NetBeans 8.2 with the link of: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-netbeans-jsp-3413139-esa.html
Does anyone know of a new page to get Java & Netbeans? I've gone to the https://www.oracle.com/downloads/ page but do not see this as an option.
