I have an OEM 13.2 and we deployed an OEM 13.5.
OEM 13.5 has the same incident rules as OEM 13.2; however notification forwarding does not work, when a new incident is generated it only sends an email and then does not send replays until the incident is resolved.
I already activated the Global Repetition of notifications.
I already tried in the incident rules, using the global notification repeat setting and using the custom notification forwarding option, in both cases it only sends an email at the beginning of the incident and when it is resolved, but still the same.
The following errors are displayed in the parameters and this as a pluggable database
