The new SSO Transition from Fusion to OCI

SmileyvilleApr 27 2026

We have been running our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment since July 2025. We are leveraging SSO via Azure into Fusion, so users login via myapps.microsoft com. We do this with the configuration that was leveraging the SSO mechanism in the Fusion application instance. We also have a separate Identity domain for each fusion application instance running user provisioning. The User provisioning looks like it will not be impacted from the documentation, but still calling it out. With the upcoming changes from Fusion SSO to OCI SSO - trying to ensure I capture all areas. Currently within the OCI Console for the Fusion Application instances, I do not see anything in the Federation area - my understanding is this is the change to move from Fusion to the OCI Layer.

We are also leveraging SSO for EPM and you currently see that Federation in the Default Identity Domain. Will this be impacted as it's technically already present?

We are leveraging Separate Identity Domains for the Customer Bill Pay Portal and Supplier Portal which the Customers/Supplier themselves access via login to the OCI Identity domain, there is a sync and an SSO mechanism within the configuration to tie it to the Fusion Application instance. Will this be impacted? If so - is there are documentation around what piece of this needs to be updated?

We also are using the Oracle Integrated Application (OIC) which uses the same SSO from Azure inherently. There was no additional configuration needed when we stood this up. Does anything need to be updated here?

I've been reviewing the documentation and videos - but am unclear on these areas. If anyone has any experience or insight, it is appreciated. Thanks.
