Testing Documaker EE BCHINGS Rules Locally

Does anyone know of a convenient way to test BCHINGS table logics from an SE or DM Studio configuration?

Or perhaps a way to easily convert the BCHINGS table back into an INI format?

This is for the purpose of testing payload changes or batching logic changes.
