We are currently using ebusiness suite(ebs) 12.1.3 hrms modules. our company wants to purchase Talent Review and Succession planning module and integrate with the pms module in ebs. How do we go about doing the setups for below business process:
We have 5 levels of performance categories for our staff and they are rated to three levels as shown below:

HIGH (3 score) | 3 | 6 | 9 | 12 | 15 |
MEDIUM (2 score) | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 | 10 |
LOW (1 score) | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
NOTE: Last 3 year rating year-wise would be loaded in the system. Business line manager have to view 3 years back performance results.
How can we use the above info and create the 15 Grid in Fusion Talent Review?
Pls advice/suggest i am new to this.
