Table compresion in 11gR2 exadata

I have a exadata machine with 11gR2--11.2.0.1 database..

My tables are of huge size above 150 GB..

Suppose I have a table of 200Gb..

Can somebody propose me compression method that is best suitable...I dont want to use hybrid columnar compression..
