I am using sqldeveloper version - 21.4.2.018 Build 018.1706 in windows 11 when I am clicking on connect after entering the User name, Password, Port, Host and Service I am getting the error message as -

"Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call, connect lapse 56 ms., Authentication lapse 0 ms."
