Stacked Bar Label (not the value )

I want to put Stacked Bar with label not the Number but some attribute of that related to the number.

Here are some screenshots.

I want Segment attribute to be labeled instead of number ..

Casuals instead of 69.76K (the value) . I know that the Label for the graph is driven by the number. but trying to figure out if there's a way to put other attribute(s).
