SSO for Backend Access, but how to access internal workspace now?

Hello,

via internal workspace and admin user I changed the Authentication Scheme from “Application Express Accounts” to “Social”. Now I can login to the Backend in my workspace via SSO and without entering the user credentials. All fine.

But how can I now login to my internal workspace via admin user? Did I closed the “door” for me now? I have only the admin user with the internal workspace assigned. If I try the url “https://…./ords/f?p=4550” I will be rerouted to the SSO-Stuff.

Any idea?
