SSIS package SQL server source and Oracle destination very slow

Hi,
we migration an SSIS package from the old server to the new server.
The source database is SQL server 2016, the destination database is Oracle (11.2.0.4.0).

The SSIS package (2012), runs in 15 minutes on the old server, the number of records is 90 million.

The same package (2019) runs for hours and it never finishes.

Any clues what are doing wrong?
