Hi,
I'm locked out of my always-free tier instance due to a misconfigured sshd_config (restricted AllowUsers line that blocked root access). I can still access the serial console locally, but I can't escalate privileges to fix the config.
I'm hesitant to create a new instance because I'm worried about losing my always-free tier eligibility.
Would it be possible for an OCI engineer to reset or clear this instance from the backend? I just need SSH access restored so I can fix the sshd_config.
Thanks!
Quick Stats:
- Instance: Oracle Linux 6.8.0-1058-oracle (aarch64)
- Serial console: Working
- SSH: Completely blocked
- Always-free tier account
