SQL Developer for VS Code - Unit Testing

I was reading this article from Insum, which mentions unit testing for SQL Developer. I looked through the documentation Insum linked. Is this a feature that is included in SQL Developer for VS Code? If not, is it on the roadmap? If it isn't on the roadmap, what is Oracle's recommendation for a testing framework for PL/SQL code? utPLSQL?
