SPARC server disk failure/offline issue

Hi folks,

During the power failure our SUN BLADE server T6320 went off. Due to this one of our disk went offline. Now we are trying to recover teh failure disk but unfortunetly we can't. Please, look at the following output. Swift suggestions/work around will be highly appreaciated.
