SNP table name for datastore's column description

Hi Experts,
While using Slowly changing SCD type2 IKM, will describe the column description as Natural key, Overwrite on change, Add row on change etc
Could anyone pls tell me, in which SNP table these columns and its descriptions are getting stored.
