SmartView Connection error

I just want to ask for advice regarding the error of two of our users when they try to connect SmartView on their machines. For some reason, they keep getting the connection after adding putting in the shared connections URL, also when we tried to add it as a private connection. Here are the URL we are using:
All of the other users were successful in setting up the connection except for them. I suspect that because these 2 users are new employees and they got new laptops and there is some kind of settings on their laptop that prevents them from connecting successfully. (I can't think of any other reasons why).
I've been trying to find documentation online on how to fix this error but cannot find any. So if you guys have any insights about this, or if you can lead me to any documentation, I will greatly appreciate it!
