slowness from AI Agents in Dev6

The AI Agent Chat in DEV6 is not responding since last week. It keeps searching without bringing up any response. This is happening for all agents. We are using “Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 26B (11.13.26.04.0)”

Please advise.
