Size of Java 8u451 is smaller than previous version 8u441

Dear Support,

We have issue after installing new version of Java 8u451, during the launching of “jnlp” file we got error unable to launch application.
After that I found that the size of Java 8u451 is 91MB but the previous Java 8u441 is 155MB,

Can you please confirm if this size of Java 8u451 is normal ?
