Site Creation - Where to start ?

Hi ,

Can you refer me a link/document to start the site creation ( " Hello World " ) , any step by step document ? I have installed the Wecenter Sites and installed Eclipse Helios .

I do not find a document that guide me to create sites , template , regions , content and deployment .
