Is this supposed to seriously be here?
I mean you may as well say “Hey spammers, why not come and post your websites for free on our community”. And who's going to moderate that and check that the content posted is legitimate and meets the community standards? I can already see a couple of posts in there and I'm guessing that both are completely unrelated to Oracle and both are spam… but I'm not going to go looking at those sites to see.
I could see it as a place that becomes available to long term members (perhaps people who've earned sufficient points or made a good number of posts first), but otherwise it's just asking for trouble.
