Server unable to boot after leapp upgrade from OL7 to 8

Hi All,
After the upgrade from OL7 to OL8 i am not able to boot the server.

As the server is in AWS won't be able to perform the command line changes. Looks like kernel is not loaded.
Any type of help is much appreciated.
