Very minor but I'd thought that the pre canned report ‘Search Source Code’ didn't work but it turns out you have to put the wildcards in yourself.
If you want to search source code for the term SOME_SEARCH_TERM you need to enter %SOME_SEARCH_TERM%
As it's doing a LIKE would it not be better that the report always adds the wildcards
