Scheduling a report contating Pivot Table Prompt

Hello All,
I need some hints on how to achieve this task. I am trying to schedule a report to be sent as a pdf in email. The reports has few Pivot Tables and all of them have a prompt. The schedulres does its job by sending email with pdf file of the report but the data shows Pivot Table with one Prompt value only. Ideally it should have two Pivot Tables for two Prompt values.

Can anyone shed some light on it?
