If you are running Forms 12.2.1.4 it is important that you download and install the latest Quarterly Patch Release (QPR). Going forward, all new fixes will be based on top of the latest QPR. This will help to ensure that everyone is running the latest patched version and that the latest security fixes have been applied. This will also help to avoid cases where you experience an issue but a fix is already available. Simply download the latest QPR and retest. Even if it doesn't fix your current issue, you will need to have this installed and tested before Support will be able to assist with investigating a believed new issue.
QPR will be cummulative, so you do not need to install previous releases first. Also, for now this is available only for Forms (no Reports).
