Java Development Tools

I have a problem with J2ME in netbean. I describe it as follows: In netbean File/New project. In categories I choose J2ME/ Mobile application and after I create a new project. Netbean give me a default hello word program. I press F11 in order to build it and F6 to run. But I do not see a mobile. Please show me how I have to do?
