Rest API Issue

There is one REST API which is working fine in DEV, LIVE and UAT instance but it's not working in my Console. While debugging its showing 403 Forbidden error while in another instance (DEV, LIVE, UAT) it's giving 200 OK. Can you please guide me for this.
