I have created a schedule under Governance and Administration > Resource Scheduler > Scheduler, where I have correctly configured a schedule to STOP the instance, but when the event triggered, it “failed” to STOP the instance. I am able to STOP the same instance from instance's "details" page.
I also tried scheduling a START event for an already stopped Instance and it also "failed".
How can I solve this, or atleast how can I see a detailed error message behind the “failed” status?
