Reset old phone with Oracle authenticator, No acess

I have reset my old phone which had the Oracle authenticator on it. Now I can't get into my Oracle Clound account because I need it.

How can I reset it?
> Contact your administrator to disable multifactor authentication for your account.

I am the administrator. How can I solve the problem?
