Hello Oracle team,
I have an OCI Free Tier account with EU-MADRID-1 as the home region. For over 2 days, the region has had no compute capacity available and I am unable to create any Always Free A1.Flex instances. I have made 500+ automated attempts via script, all returning "Out of host capacity" in AD-1 (the only availability domain in Madrid).
Since my Free Tier tenancy only supports one subscribed region, I cannot enable another region myself. Could a moderator please change my home region to EU-FRANKFURT-1?
