Remove image from file type field

Hi,

I am on APEX 24.1.1. I have a field of type ‘File Type’ that allows the user to upload images. Once image uploaded , I am able to change to different image and so on. However, I realized that there is no option to remove the uploaded image and set field back to null. The ' X' on the file type field does not seem to work. Is this a bug? How do I workaround this?
